Hallam Consulting provided Project Management and Structural Design services for the rear remodelling of this four bedroom detached house in central St Albans.  Our Client was looking for a contemporary open plan kitchen-dining-entertainment space and was delighted with the space on completion.  At first floor the third bedroom was extended to create a spacious new master bedroom with en suite bathroom.
