Residential Design and Planning
The space in our homes is under more pressure than ever as they become more than just a place to kick back, relax and rest our heads – office, classroom, gym, 24-hour diner – the demands have are ever increasing.
Perhaps the layout of your home not quite working for you anymore and you need some help unlocking it’s potential. Maybe you know exactly what you want but just need some help with the design and planning. We can work with you to understand how you live now and your aspirations for the future. We can produce drawings for planning or permitted development applications (we’ll talk you through what’s needed) as well as 3D visualisations to help you to see your home’s full potential.
Structural Design
Whether it’s a new build, extension, or the renovation of an existing building, Hallam Consulting provide full structural design services to help you on your way.
We work with homeowners, architects and businesses to prepare structural designs and calculations for submission to Local Planning Authorities to make sure that your project complies with Building Regulations.
Structural Surveys
If you have concerns or questions about the structural integrity of your walls, floors, roof supports, or foundations, or you need a structural survey for your mortgage lender then we can help.
It is not unusual for cracks to appear in walls and ceilings and many are purely cosmetic, but these can occasionally be a sign of structural issues and are best addressed as early as possible.
